the seventeenth

So I was recently in Melbourne for work. Figured I'd take the opportunity photographing the city and St Kilda. Here is part one.

This was taken along Chapel Street in South Yarra.

What the hell is this? An art piece in the middle of nowhere.

A view from 333 Collins Street.

Pellegrini's. Nothing has changed in this place within the last few decades. Try the cheesecake! It was to die for... and make sure you ask for it. It's hidden in the back.

The owner of Pellegrini's. Even my father remembers how he looks like.

A young fellow enjoying his morning cup.

This street had nothing but posters!

the sixteenth

I recently met up with a professional photographer. And he told me that for Singapore skyline shots, do them at 7:20pm. So that's what I did.

This shot was taken at 7:20pm.

Since I was in the area, I had to redo some of my previous shots, plus a couple of new editions.

And these are new shots for the portfolio.

the fifteenth

So I took a trip to MacRitchie Reservoir the other day. It was a wonderful evening, very cool and crisp.

So this group brought their own table and foldable chairs, and their own food. All amidst a lovely sunset evening.

This pagoda has seen a lot of history, couples taking photos, photographers taking shots of the sunset, marriage proposals, the war... the list goes on..

the fourteenth

Photos from the Boathouse Singapore.

So I took my camera to my favourite spot to see whether I can make the same shot again. But alas, my hands weren't steady enough to hold and get a good clear shot - I also attribute it to the fact that I was half drunk. I will go back again to get a similar shot of this, and this time with a tripod!
